The accommodation market in New South Wales is dominated by motels, private hotels and guest houses with much smaller, albeit equal representation by hotels/resorts and serviced apartment segments of the market. It is anticipated that the serviced apartment sector will continue to grow given the strata title and on-selling potential in these developments to fund the cost of initial development.
