Since 2002, Lachlan has been responsible for residential, commercial, industrial and rural/residential valuations whilst assisting in the mass appraisal of land values for the Central Coast on behalf the Valuer General. Throughout this period, experience was continually sought in the valuation of going concerns, predominantly hospitality based.
In 2004, Lachlan joined Robertson & Robertson's Business Division which is highly regarded by banking and financial institutions and the owners of licensed premises throughout the industry. His experience extends to include business valuations of licensed premises and tourism facilities for the following purposes:
Since 2006, Lachlan has continued providing advice regarding hospitality businesses whilst gaining experience in the valuation of small to medium (leasehold) enterprises including service based firms and SME’s in the manufacturing/assembly, distribution and retail industries.

When commencing his valuation career in 1992, Scott was responsible for residential, commercial, industrial and rural/residential valuations on the New South Wales Central Coast.
Since 1999, he has specialised exclusively in the valuation of leasehold and freehold hotels, liquor stores and all types of licensed premises throughout New South Wales, often completing over 80 such valuations in any one year.

Since joining Robertson & Robertson in 1991, Greg has been involved in the valuation of all classes of property, both on the Central Coast and throughout NSW extending to preparation of valuation and consultancy advice for all sectors including:-

Luke joined Robertson & Robertson in 2004 and since then has predominantly specialised in regional industrial, residential and commercial markets. Luke has prepared both capital and rental valuations along with consultancy/feasibility advice for a broad spectrum of clients.
Luke also has extensive experience in the preparation of valuation advice on industrial and residential subdivisions, along with neighbourhood style shopping centres throughout regional New South Wales.
The breadth of Luke’s property experience has been applied to the preparation of valuation advice for the following purposes:

Michael joined Robertson & Robertson in 1989. Since that time Michael has gained broad ranging experience in the retail and commercial markets including both rental and capital valuations and in more specialised real estate projects.
Michael regularly undertakes valuations for clients with development projects particularly in relation to industrial, commercial and residential subdivisions. This area of expertise extends to shopping centres and bulky goods retailing centres.
The majority of Michael’s professional work relates to child care centres and service stations, where he is a recognised industry expert.

Colin joined Robertson & Robertson in October 1998 after having worked as a contract valuer for several years.
Since that time, Colin has advanced to become one of the firm's senior commercial valuers, acquiring extensive experience in all aspects of large scale projects including residential and industrial subdivisions, multi-storey office and residential apartment buildings, shopping centres, going concern valuations, self-storage facilities and various types of compensation valuations.

Russell began his valuation career in 1983 as an assistant valuer with the Valuer-General’s Department, gaining experience in rating and taxing valuations, mass appraisal techniques and valuation for statutory purposes including compulsory acquisition.
Russell continued his valuation career with the State Bank and as a contract valuer providing valuation advice in various classes of property throughout metropolitan Sydney and the Blue Mountains before joining the employ of Robertson & Robertson in 2000. Russell has been engaged in various areas of property valuation including:-

Ross commenced employment with Robertson & Robertson in 1995, being involved with valuation in the following areas:-
He left our employ for a short time returning in 2008 to fulfil a Senior Valuer role.
Ross conducts full valuations on commercial, industrial and residential property.

Nigel commenced his valuation career in 2002 after holding his Real Estate Agent’s licence for approximately 10 years. He joined Robertson & Robertson as a contract valuer in 2006 conducting residential valuations.
In February 2009 he joined Robertson & Robertson on a full-time basis as a team member of our Rating and Taxing Division.

Tim joined Robertson & Robertson in 2008 and during that time has been actively engaged in undertaking supplementary valuations, sales analysis, sales coding and component report writing within the Newcastle contract area (Rating/Taxing Division). In October 2009, Tim was appointed to the Commercial Division of the company and since that time has conducted valuations of commercial/industrial, rural and residential properties.
The properties, located on the Central Coast and in the Hunter Region, range from dwellings and units in both affordable and prestige markets, to multi-tenanted and owner-occupied commercial property for mortgage and other purposes.
Tim has recently transferred to our Business Division in order to specialise in the valuation of motels and accommodation based going concerns.

Stuart commenced employment with Robertson and Robertson in July 2008 having gained residential and commercial valuation experience in the Sydney Metropolitan Region.
Since joining the firm, Stuart has conducted specialised valuations in the tourist, hospitality and accommodation industry including valuations of going concerns, leaseholds and freeholds for the following purposes:
Whilst specialising in the valuation of caravan parks and Manufactured Home Estates (MHE), Stuart has been engaged in the full valuation process for hotels, motels and development sites together with more generalised commercial and retail properties.

John commenced his private practice known as John D Robertson and Associates in Wyong on the Central Coast of New South Wales after having commenced his valuation career in 1964 in the banking sector. Since that time, the practice has grown extensively under the name of Robertson & Robertson, to be one of the largest practices outside the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
John first became involved with business valuations in connection with the valuation of motels in 1975. In 1980 he commenced valuing licensed premises, which involved the valuation of mainly hotel premises and the business of operating a hotel, often termed the freehold and leasehold interests.
Since that time he has specialised in the valuation of both real estate as part of a going concern and businesses conducted from real estate. This involves:
John has been involved in all types of valuations throughout his valuation career, such as commercial properties, shopping centres, a full range of residential projects, subdivisions and industrial holdings.

Graham joined Robertson and Robertson as a Valuer in 1978 and has been involved in all classes of valuation work, both on the Central Coast and throughout NSW.
Since 1982 he has specialised in the tourist and accommodation industry including valuations of going concerns, leaseholds and freeholds for mortgage, market and feasibility purposes on motels, accommodation hotels, caravan parks, manufactured home estates and tourist development sites. He has also provided consultation to a number of Local Government Councils and statutory bodies.
Whilst specialising in the above fields, general practice valuations are carried out including commercial buildings, residential englobo properties, residential development properties, industrial development, rural properties and residences. Graham is a regular guest speaker at various property conferences and study groups.
