About Us

Robertson & Robertson is an independent valuation and property consultancy firm based on the NSW Central Coast. Clients include the full spectrum of freehold and leasehold property owners, major banks and financial institutions, Federal, State and Local Government, Public Authorities, solicitors, accountants and receivers. The company operates throughout New South Wales.

Whilst being a large firm of 20 valuers, areas of specialization create a ‘boutique team’ environment with a focus on delivering expert advice quickly. Having a single, centralised office enables senior valuers to access an array of specialist knowledge “in house” and offers a strategic advantage to our clients.

The firm employs 20 registered valuers and operates three divisions:

Rating & Taxing

Executing bulk valuations for the NSW Valuer-General for rating and taxation purposes.

Commercial

Conducting commercial, industrial, rural and residential valuations for mortgage, taxation and compulsory acquisition purposes. Valuations are also carried out in the specialised markets of registered clubs, childcare centres and service stations.

Business

Providing specialist valuation advice regarding licensed premises (pubs, hotels, function centres, restaurants, motels and liquor stores), other accommodation operations including backpacker and guest house establishments, management rights/serviced apartments, caravan parks and manufactured home estates for all purposes. The division also carries out going concern valuations on a range of SME’s for pre-sale, taxation and compulsory acquisition purposes.
