Founded in 1973, Robertson & Robertson is one of the largest non-franchised valuation and property consultancy firms in NSW, with its head office at Tuggerah. Our wholly owned subsidiary, Magann O’Rourke Loader, operates from an office in Coffs Harbour. We offer valuation services throughout NSW and south-east Queensland.

The firm employs 21 registered valuers and 2 trainee valuers. This enables us to undertake large portfolio valuations successfully and well within timeframe parameters.

Our areas of specialisation create a boutique environment with a focus on delivering expert advice quickly. All valuers have instant access to specialist valuation knowledge “in house”, which offers a strategic advantage to our clients.

Our Specialist and Commercial valuation work is undertaken for private clients, all the major banks (as accredited panel valuers) and financial institutions, solicitors, accountants, receivers and Public Authorities.

Our Government Valuation Services Division covers not only Rating and Taxing, but also extensive valuation work for Property NSW in respect of Objections and Just Terms-Compulsory Acquisition for the Valuer-General. Robertson & Robertson is one of the few firms Property NSW regularly relies upon for consistency of advice and delivery of services, with capacity to meet acute deadlines.
